March might be known as the month of madness with the biggest college basketball tournament called March Madness but…here are 31 examples of serving others in March.

March was named after the Latin word Martius and for Mars the Roman God of War.

This month’s birthstone is Aquamarine. March is known for coming in “like a lion and out like a lamb” as new birth starts to grow with spring coming and the wintery months starting to leave.

Holidays this month are St Patrick’s Day on March 17th which is celebrated because of St. Patrick who was a Patron Saint of Ireland and died on March 17t in 461 AD. Also, March 14 or 3.14 is International Pi Day. Easter will also be celebrated in March this year on the 31. March is full of madness with the 64 team NCAA Basketball tournament. Take all the fun madness and incorporate it into 31 ways to serve others in March.
